Lovett's Asset - George

Since the purchase of my house on Ashby in 2004, George
has simply been remarkable in handling every warranty issue (or
question) for me, my neighbors and for Lovett Home Owners whom I represent in Real
Estate transactions. George is always
pleasant and never without a smile and provides contact numbers if the issue is
beyond Lovett's responsibility.
He is a true asset to Lovett Homes and certainly an
excellent representative of your Company.

| 4 Time Lovett Homebuyer

| In September, 2009, we purchased our 4th Lovett home in a 15 year period! After Hurricane Ike, the first website I went to was Lovett's to find a home for us as we were living in a hotel. Our previous two Lovett homes had been wonderful and I knew I could count on them to have just what we needed. We moved into Lovett's model on Brazoria. It was beautiful with all the Viking appliances, hardwood floors and moulding throughout. Little did we know that by walking our dog one street over everyday on Mimosa we would watch Lovett build our dream house. The home on Brazoria was gorgeous but we longed for downstairs living and found that on Mimosa!The floorplan, ammenities, Miele appliances, gorgeous hardwoods throughout, windows everywhere and separate his and hers bathrooms sealed the deal!Thanks Lovett! |

I live in Pemberton Park.
I just wanted to let you know what an asset George is to
Lovett Homes. I had some maintenance repairs that needed to be tended to. I
didn't know who to trust. So I called George. George put me in contact with
trustworthy people who did a very good job on my repairs.
It is very commendable that even after 4 yrs of living
here, I was able to get assistance. That
was indeed very kind of George. That's what I call customer satisfaction. I
would buy another Lovett home just to have George! And I sincerely mean that.

| I just bought a new Lovett home and interacted with Sales counselor -Anthony Orzabal, Superintendent - Ben Chu, Customer Service/Quality Assurance - Scott Scerbo and Kirby Title's Kathy Valet. I have to say that each of them made every effort to make the experience as positive as possible. I was delighted with the effort invested by this team at every step to help me through the buying experience.
I also want to add that the Lovett home I bought is excellent quality with clearly a lot of attention paid to the details.
I have no reservations in recommending the Lovett product and the Lovett team.

| Incredibly Low Electric Bill

We moved into our new Lovett custom build on your lot home
in January in Bunker Hill
I have been amazed at the electricity bills: 2/3/09 - 3/4/09
$78.92 and 3/4/09 - 4/6/09 $94.54. Even more
amazing is our home is over 8000 sq. ft.!
We are probably more careful on electricity usage; there are
6 people in our family: 3 adults and 2 teenage boys and one 5 year old.
We leave the thermostat at 82 during the weekdays til 3pm, and 77 to78 the rest
of the time.
We did not do anything special other than the typical Lovett
standard features: 2x6 eterior wall construction, tankless water heaters,
cellulose insulation, radiant barrier, double pane metal clad wood windows, 2
speed air conditioning units SEER 16+…
It is just good construction.
