As a long time vendor to Lovett Homes and the factory rep for Wood-Mode Cabinets, I feel I can offer a unique perspective on their product. 

I started working with Lovett Homes in 1993 when they made the decision to start using Brookhaven Custom Cabinetry by Wood-Mode as their building standard in every Lovett kitchen.  Every Lovett Home comes with Brookhaven Custom kitchen cabinets included.  Other builders would charge extra over the job built or builder grade factory cabinets even in very high-end custom homes. 

I believe Lovett has achieved long-term success when so many other builders have failed by following a simple principle:  They give their homeowners the best value for their money.  They have accomplished this by doing volume purchasing and bypassing the middle man.

I know Lovett builds a lot of homes for realtors, and even other custom homebuilders.  One great example is a high-end custom builder I know; I was surprised to hear that he purchased a new Lovett Home.  He told me he did so because he believed Lovett Homes offered the most home for his money.  That says plenty about your product when your competition endorses you.
